We want every KingEdit customer to be confident in their purchase. This policy outlines how refunds and credit adjustments work.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first successful payment, provided you have used less than 25% of the included credits during that period.
2. Credit-based refunds
If you have used more than 25% of credits, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the unused credits, or convert the balance into account credits valid for 12 months.
3. Failed processing
If a tool fails to deliver a usable result due to a server-side issue, the spent credit is automatically restored. If a charge was made for a service that was not delivered, please contact us for a full refund.
4. Non-refundable items
Add-on credit packs, gift cards and renewals beyond the first billing cycle are non-refundable, but unused credits remain valid until the end of the billing period.
5. How to request a refund
Email chatkingsupport@gmail.comfrom your registered email with the subject "Refund Request". Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
