These Terms govern your use of KingEdit, an AI Content Studio operated by King Tech Solutions, an MSME-registered enterprise based in West Bengal, India.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Login is optional for guest tools but required for Pro features such as bulk processing, no-ad downloads and high-speed lanes.
3. Usage limits
Free users receive 10 daily credits with ad-supported downloads. Starter and Pro plans include the credits and features described on the Pricing page. Excessive automated use, scraping or resale of the Service is prohibited.
4. Acceptable content
You retain ownership of files you upload. You confirm you have rights to those files. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, or that violates Indian law.
5. Payments & subscriptions
Subscriptions are charged via Razorpay in INR and renew monthly unless cancelled. GST is included where applicable. See the Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
6. MSME & jurisdiction
King Tech Solutions is registered under the MSME Act of India (UDYAM-WB-13-0149477). These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Murshidabad, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.
